APPEARANCE & DONATION REQUEST PROCEDURES FOR THE WILLIE GREEN FOUNDATION
 
The information listed below are the official procedures for any individual, organization, business, or institution seeking to request an appearance or donation from Willie Green and the Willie Green Foundation.

► Individuals, organizations, businesses, or institutions making the request must do so on their official letterhead and sent to:  The Willie Green Foundation 1201 Hampton Court Thorofare, NJ 08086.  Sorry NEITHER faxes or emails are acceptable as official requests.
 
► Requests should detail the specific information such as the (a) type of activity (silent auction, raffle, guest speaker, reading program, camp appearance, autograph signing) or (b) level/type of support (monetary donation, autographed item, etc).
 
►Requests should detail specific information on (a) location, (b) time of the activity (and proposed time for Willie's involvement if requested), (c) who benefits from the activity, and (d) if there is an appearance fee or honorarium or some level of compensation involved, how much.
 
► Non-profit organizations MUST include their 501 © (3) tax information including their ID#. 
 
► Requests should be submitted at least 4-6 weeks prior to the actual event or activity.
 
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL REQUESTS WILL BE CONSIDERED AND RESPONDED TO.  HOWEVER, THE WILLIE GREEN FOUNDATION GENERALLY RESTRICTS ITS ACTIVITIES AND DONATIONS TO:   DELAWARE VALLEY (TRI-STATE AREA OF PHILADELPHIA OR SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA, SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY, AND NORTHERN DELAWARE) AND DETROIT, MICHIGAN AND ITS SUBURBS.
